Nestlé India’s Board of Directors approved the unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Standalone revenue from operations was approximately ₹6,788 crore, up about 20 percent year-on-year, and net profit was approximately ₹1,027 crore, up about 36 percent. EBITDA was approximately ₹1,614 crore with a margin of about 23.8 percent. Consolidated total sales reached ₹6,782.2 crore, an increase of 20.5 percent, while domestic sales grew 20.4 percent.

Chairman and Managing Director Manish Tiwary said the quarter saw a continuation of strong and broad-based growth across all product groups, with total sales of ₹6,782.2 crore driven by robust double-digit volume growth. Advertising and marketing spends increased by 46 percent. The company noted that rising inflation, particularly food inflation, is a reality.

Market Research Outlook: Double-digit volume growth in a large packaged food portfolio indicates resilient demand and continued category expansion. Margin expansion alongside higher advertising spend suggests pricing power and operating leverage are currently intact. Sustained performance will depend on the trajectory of key commodity costs, especially cocoa and dairy, and the company’s ability to maintain volume momentum if input inflation persists. The results point to ongoing strength in urban and semi-urban consumption and continued competition through brand investment in India’s FMCG market.
