Samsung Expands Enterprise Push in India With AI-Powered Connected Ecosystems

Samsung is expanding its enterprise business in India with a stronger focus on AI-powered connected ecosystem solutions aimed at helping organisations build integrated and data-driven operational environments.

The company is moving beyond its traditional consumer electronics and display business to offer enterprise-focused solutions that combine devices, AI platforms, mobility and security technologies. Samsung said the effort is intended to support businesses and public sector organisations pursuing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

A key part of this expansion includes Samsung’s Business Experience Studios (BES) in Gurugram and Mumbai, which function as live demonstration centres for enterprise use cases across multiple industries.

Focus shifts from devices to integrated ecosystems

Samsung said the BES facilities showcase how connected technologies can be deployed in sectors such as retail, banking and financial services, healthcare, education and hospitality.

The company demonstrated applications ranging from immersive customer engagement systems in retail environments to secure digital interactions for banking and financial institutions, along with connected healthcare and digital learning solutions.

“At Samsung, we believe the future of enterprise lies in AI-powered, connected ecosystems that move beyond standalone devices to intelligent, adaptive environments. Our strength as a technology company uniquely positions us to bring together hardware, software, platforms and security into a seamless, integrated framework. This enables businesses to accelerate digital transformation, unlock operational agility and deliver more personalised, data-driven experiences at scale,” said Puneet Sethi, Head, Enterprise Business, Samsung India.

Samsung said the BES centres also operate as collaboration hubs where enterprises and technology partners can co-develop customised solutions aimed at faster deployment and improved operational outcomes.

Enterprise expansion gains momentum

The company said its enterprise strategy in India is being supported by a combination of hardware, software, AI platforms and Samsung Knox security infrastructure within a single interoperable ecosystem.

Samsung added that it is working with organisations across both private and public sector projects linked to India’s ongoing digital transformation efforts. The company is also increasing its engagement across industry verticals as enterprise demand for integrated technology ecosystems grows.

As Samsung marks 30 years in India, the company said it remains focused on expanding long-term growth opportunities in both consumer and enterprise segments through local innovation and ecosystem partnerships.

With India continuing to emerge as a major market for enterprise technology adoption, Samsung is positioning AI-led connected infrastructure as a core part of its business expansion strategy.

Market Research Outlook Analysis

Samsung’s growing focus on enterprise ecosystems highlights how technology companies are increasingly shifting from standalone hardware sales toward integrated AI-driven business solutions. The move signals rising demand for interoperable enterprise platforms that combine mobility, security, analytics and automation under unified ecosystems.

The development is likely to intensify competition among global technology firms targeting India’s digital transformation market, particularly across BFSI, healthcare, education and smart infrastructure projects. Going forward, enterprise technology growth is expected to be shaped by AI-led automation, connected environments and industry-specific solution partnerships.
